Nicole keeps the Apparel Lab team moving forward, bringing organization to the creative chaos. Fueled by caffeine and a love for problem-solving, she’s always on the go, ensuring every project runs smoothly. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her traveling in search of the best local eats and craft coffee or cheering from the sidelines at the ballfield with her daughter.

Matt’s passion for the perfect t-shirt sparked the creation of Apparel Lab—because great design starts with comfort. A self-proclaimed t-shirt connoisseur, he’s dedicated to delivering top-quality apparel that people love to wear. When he’s not fine-tuning the details of the business, you’ll find him at the local CrossFit gym or unwinding with a well-earned pint of Ben & Jerry’s.
Elizabeth
Logistics Specialist
Elizabeth is the mastermind behind keeping orders on track, making sure every shipment arrives exactly where it needs to be. From incoming inventory to outgoing deliveries, she’s always one step ahead, ensuring a seamless process. Outside of Apparel Lab, she’s a dedicated mom of two, patiently preparing them to take on the world—one lesson at a time!

Sales Specialist
Karen knows what it takes to bring a vision to life—whether it’s on the ice or through custom apparel. A former figure skating coach turned merch expert, she’s all about delivering five-star service and making sure every order is just right. On weekends, you’ll find her cheering on her two kids at the soccer field or unwinding with a well-deserved espresso martini in hand!
Kyra
Sales Specialist
Kyra is the friendly voice making sure every question is answered and every order runs smoothly. While her competitive cheerleading days are behind her, she still brings that same energy and enthusiasm to the shop every day. Whether she’s helping customers find the perfect merch or keeping the team’s spirits high, Kyra is always ready to bring the hype!
Jacob
Production Team
Jacob comes to us from the Navy, a man of many talents. He is in charge of our laser department etching all things leather and tumblers of any kind. An aerospace engineering student, he often finds himself studying when he’s not in class or at the shop!
Bonnie
Production Team
Bonnie brings a unique set of experiences to our production team. From working on a crab boat in Alaska to successfully raising children and fostering many from children to adults! She is a fast learner, and always open to new tasks. Nothing is too large for her to learn.
Ryan
Production Team
Ryan has a passion for creating music and graphic design, even designing for his own clothing line up. He’s the youngest member of our team, but he doesn’t allow that to define him. He’s always eager to learn new things and shows up, ready to work hard every single day.
Chelsea
Embroidery Team
Chelsea comes in with a wide breadth of industry experience in print, embroidery, and all things merch! She’s our late night veteran, running a second shift to get your garments out the door on time! You can often find her son, Al, hanging out, and helping mom get things done!
Roo
Chief Happiness Director
Meet Roo, our beloved shop dog and the unofficial morale officer of Apparel Lab. At first glance, his 80 lb. Pitbull frame might seem intimidating, but don’t be fooled – he’s the friendliest pup you’ll ever meet! A little shy at first? No worries! We keep special treats by the door to help your earn his trust (and maybe a tail wag or two). Roo has a big heart for stuffed animals, cats, dogs, and especially little kids. When he’s not greeting visitors, he’s busy checking in on the team, spreading smiles, and keeping spirits high.
