Nicole keeps the Apparel Lab team moving forward, bringing organization to the creative chaos. Fueled by caffeine and a love for problem-solving, she’s always on the go, ensuring every project runs smoothly. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her traveling in search of the best local eats and craft coffee or cheering from the sidelines at the ballfield with her daughter.
Matt McLellan
Owner/Founder
Matt’s passion for the perfect t-shirt sparked the creation of Apparel Lab—because great design starts with comfort. A self-proclaimed t-shirt connoisseur, he’s dedicated to delivering top-quality apparel that people love to wear. When he’s not fine-tuning the details of the business, you’ll find him at the local CrossFit gym or unwinding with a well-earned pint of Ben & Jerry’s.
Elizabeth Kruse
Logistics Specialist
Elizabeth is the mastermind behind keeping orders on track, making sure every shipment arrives exactly where it needs to be. From incoming inventory to outgoing deliveries, she’s always one step ahead, ensuring a seamless process. Outside of Apparel Lab, she’s a dedicated mom of two, patiently preparing them to take on the world—one lesson at a time!
Karen Skifstrom
Sales Specialist
Karen knows what it takes to bring a vision to life—whether it’s on the ice or through custom apparel. A former figure skating coach turned merch expert, she’s all about delivering five-star service and making sure every order is just right. On weekends, you’ll find her cheering on her two kids at the soccer field or unwinding with a well-deserved espresso martini in hand!

Sales Specialist
Kyra is the friendly voice making sure every question is answered and every order runs smoothly. While her competitive cheerleading days are behind her, she still brings that same energy and enthusiasm to the shop every day. Whether she’s helping customers find the perfect merch or keeping the team’s spirits high, Kyra is always ready to bring the hype!
Charles Nunley
Production Team
Charles is a master of all things production, bringing precision and skill to everything from t-shirts to laser-cut designs. His keen attention to detail ensures every product meets the highest standards. That same eye for perfection carries over to his own business, Detail Lab, where he keeps rides looking fresh and clean. And when he’s not at work, there’s a good chance you’ll find him at the gym—because, hey, he works out!
Sondra Rowe
Production Team
Sondra brings a wealth of experience to our production team. Having successfully managed multiple restaurants and small businesses, she exemplifies dedication and versatility. As a mother, Sondra continues to be the go-to advisor for her nearly grown children, whether they’re seeking cooking tips or stain removal advice. Her culinary passions include savoring a perfectly cooked prime rib and indulging in salt and vinegar chips.

Holly is the latest addition to our close-knit team, joining us as a longtime friend and trusted confidant. Deeply involved in her church, she dedicates much of her time to mentoring young women, embodying her commitment to fostering growth and support.
Jessica Riley
Embroidery Lead
Jessica is our embroidery powerhouse, bringing precision and speed to every stitch. Her eye for detail and commitment to perfection make her the perfect fit to lead our embroidery department. She may be small, but she’s lightning fast! When she’s not threading magic at the shop, you’ll find her at the CrossFit gym – coaching, training, and pushing the limits with a focus on building strength and quality movement.
Roo
Chief Happiness Director
Meet Roo, our beloved shop dog and the unofficial morale officer of Apparel Lab. At first glance, his 80 lb. Pitbull frame might seem intimidating, but don’t be fooled – he’s the friendliest pup you’ll ever meet! A little shy at first? No worries! We keep special treats by the door to help your earn his trust (and maybe a tail wag or two). Roo has a big heart for stuffed animals, cats, dogs, and especially little kids. When he’s not greeting visitors, he’s busy checking in on the team, spreading smiles, and keeping spirits high.
